German-domiciled employers
In certain industrial sectors, your regularly employed workers in Germany have entitlements
that include holidays, holiday pay, and possibly a supplementary holiday allowance.

Awarding contracts
If you award contracts as a customer, you are liable if a (sub)contractor you have awarded a contract to,
or that contractor's subcontractor, does not guarantee the minimum conditions of employment when supplying certain work or services.
